And free graffiti, no extra charge!

An app that mocks the user or insults him, who wants something like that?

“Current residents will resent you for raising their property taxes.”

That actually translates to Either your house will skyrocket in value or it’ll be burned down.

A useful app indeed.

Rat time for another APP. One that translates what was just translated to : German, French , Spanish , ect. , ect . ……. Croc Power !

SO glad I’m out in the country on a private road…

Definitely a translation for some Baltimore locations.

Buying that house would be a shot in the dark.

That translation could be considered a threat against the former PM of the UK.

I thought the censor shut this strip down.

Join the gentrification crowd!

Gentrification does have a dark side.

and when you enter “stephen pastist”….you get “milquetoast”.

If you go by the general rule of thumb that comedy works best when you ‘punch up, not down’ I’m not sure this particular one is successful versus stirring the pot, just a bit (it’s a comic strip) in some pretty loaded areas. I’d say: misfire. Rare that it happens.

Kinda ironic that realty is full of lies.

This is why you do a drive by before you call the agent. With the doors locked. At 10:00 am, before the gang-bangers are awake.

Yup. You have to understand “real estate agent-ese” or you are doomed, especially in any large city!
