(Sigh) I may skip this week as it’s one of my least favorite arcs on pickles. Earl is actually trying but bc of a series of errors (from the wrong holiday to misspelled words) instead of being grateful he went to the trouble to write her a sweet poem, she spends the week furious at the poor guy :-/

I do that a lot with Anniversary Cards. They don’t really make romantic cards for your wife, so I just repurpose them.

I like her slippers, still I think the donkey ones were cute, too. :)

Nice try Earl but that woman will never be happy ;-(

Earl is as quick as a whip…with a pen that is mightier than forgetfulness.

“I wrote you a poem for Valentine’s dear. I love you that much (now fetch me a beer).”

Those are some cute slippers she’s wearing.

Good thing Earl didn’t waist money on a Mother’s Day card. Of course the card shop wouldn’t have had any Mother’s Day cards; however, it may have set him straight regarding what the occasion was.

Oh I wish we could see what he wrote! I bet it’s a good one!
