A serving of potato chips should be about 15 grams of carbs. But who wants to stop there if you’re in full snack mode. And then there’s all the fat too. The plugger doesn’t want to think about that.

For a Plugger, 1 Serving = 1 Sitting. That’s why I like the individually package snacks!

But when they are all broken, you just have to guesstimate. Let the chips fall where they may.

This reminded me of my college roommate. He would sit down each weekend with a family size bag of chips and a 2 liter of mountain dew. “I’ve been saving up for this all week”, and he would finish both.

This is a rehash of one McKee used about a year ago. The line went something like “Regardless the size, a bag of potato chips contains only one serving.”

Eh them chips bags is mostly air though.

It’s a laboratory mouse serving.

So, an open bag, box or packaging doesn’t transform it into ‘a serving’. We all just know exposing the contents to air will make it ‘go bad’ in mere minutes. And we’ve been taught to not waste food. Even at the expense of our waist.

Pluggers don’t read the instructions.. they shop and allot portions by bag size

It bugs me when you buy the assorted package, each bag is lunch box sized, but the bag says 1.5 servings.

Looks like a one serving bag to me…..

Chips are French fries in England, and really good! Have great hot dogs there too.
