This one is a slippery slope and a little too seedy for me.

Sesame oil is a favourite. A friend recently returned from Japan with a bottle of mustard oil. Extracted during the processing of the seeds to make mustard. It does not taste like mustard, but brings out the flavour of what you are cooking. Planning on using it tonight.
