Smart thinking, Red!

A better reason is so that it doesn’t snow over where Red has already cleared.

I see from the copyright date that today’s strip is a reprint from 2017. It doesn’t matter as even the ones I remember are worth reading again.

I remember one storm we had. My husband decided to wait for it to be over to shovel the driveway. Near the end of the storm the snow turned to rain & washed it all away. One of my husband’s co-workers said how he went out every 1/2-hour to shovel, only to find out that the last bit just got washed away.

It’s the snow edition of “Let’s Make a Deal”!

Love how Red often thinks of ways to get around something (i.e., yesterday and today) yet still believes in Santa Claus!

The kid is clever… Will see if Dad falls for the scam.

Shovel once; then shovel again. Less total time shoveling and two payments.

I think Red is risking losing his allowance for the day.

Two words for you Red. Snow Blower.

Hose down the driveway. If it freezes over the next day, Red can say, “That wasn’t part of the deal.”

You accepted the contract and its terms, now you have to fulfill your part of the contract…..

Not too smart- – took his stupid pills I would say.
