Again, I point out that a Mayor has no jurisdiction over a Sheriff as both positions are elected. And, a Sheriff is elected by the people of an entire county while the Mayor restricted to an incorporated town or city. Mayor Fussybritches cannot ask for Rip’s badge. But, I think Rip should let her “negotiate” with The Highwayman. She’ll sing a different tune when she realizes how wrong she was about Rip.
