Entrapment. It was a setup from the start

i was in the Navy, and i still don’t swear

Putting a hand on book or raising a hand to strengthen or corroborate my resolve to tell the truth are meaningless. And having sat through a couple trials (civil, no criminal, yet) as a juror, I don’t believe anyone wants the whole truth, either.

“You bet your sweet   a r s e   I do!”

Not only is this $&#@)$, but it’s also !&#$%&#^#.

Obviously, the defendant didn’t know his “5th Amendment Rights to self incrimination!”

I couldn’t swear to that.
