What is Fuzzy Math?

First time I heard of fuzzy logic was in a magazine article about the electronics in today’s automobiles; as I recall, fuzzy logic was an elemental form of AI, but could be used in the routine operation of automotive applications.

Fuzzy math. Must be a class for government budgeting.

Since logic is a branch of mathematics, it could be both. Calculus is all about figuring out the results of repeatedly trimming the fuzz to be shorter and then even shorter.
