“Fishing” for a means of escape.

Needs a leg up or something bigger with more teeth to distract him.

The first panel is hilarious. Tarzan looks so chill. And that’s exactly what you’d think when a big fish with sharp teeth has caught your leg.

“You know, this is nice and all, but I should maybe fill my lungs with air.”

Of course the blood in the water from Tarzan’s leg wound will have a train of large predators trailing along behind. We will spend the next eleven weeks killing a different aquatic dinosaur each week… At this point in the long running series you can tell the writer has run out of ideas.

Pea brain, oh brother, the fish probably only uses 10%. Tarzan doesn’t realise he is on his way to an underwater Kingdom, with a beautiful Queen in distress.

Amazing steel thews ya gots Tarzan. Not a single drop of blood.

Ah this must be the rare gharial nosed shark.

Where’s Captain Ahab when you need him ?

Similar to the whale that swallowed and spit out the kayaker off Chile this week. Except for the spitting out part.

Tarzan drowns, End of strip. Starting tomorrow on this page: “The Adventures of Icthyosaur”. In the first episode, Icthy’s wife will go shopping in Nairobi, never to be seen again. Except for the occasional Sunday story line.
