I tried Ancestry.com but every so often, they changed my ancestral heritage areas and percentages. I could’nt find any details on when my paternal great grandfather left England for America. I also eventually hid a road block on how far back I could trace his ancestors.

Not to quibble (lie!) but flour is always 100% in baking and the rest of the ingredients are percents of flour.
