I looked it up, so you don’t have to. Icarus’ flight is one of the most famous Greek myths. The story tells of a young man who attempts to fly too close to the sun with wings made of wax and feathers. The heat from the sun melts the wax and Icarus falls into the sea and drowns.

At least it isn’t Boeing.

since space is around -455 degrees F, just steer clear of the sun and you’ll be fine. But since you’ll heat up on reentry, that might pose a bit of a problem…
