Working as a teller had a customer who’d had a garlic lunch, had to take step back to breathe.

The power of suggestion is strong, because now I’m hungry for garlic bread. Besides, a little protection from being menaced by vampires can’t hurt, especially around Halloween.

Doesn’t it have to be worn around your neck to be affective? Asking for a friend!

My cousin loves garlic and she swears that it keeps mosquitoes from biting. So I don’t doubt that it will keep flying blood sucking critters away.

If you eat a lot of it regularly, you’ll sweat it out your pores and smell like it.

I laughed, but as I recall, there are people who are so allergic to certain substances, they don’t dare even kiss someone who just ate whatever it is.

Would a Jewish vampire be repulsed by a Star of David?

I once went to an Italian restaurant that, in addition to garlic, had more Christian memorabilia than the average Catholic church. The same town had a restaurant with mirrors all over the walls. I concluded that the town used to have a vampire problem.
