Eddie’s not quite as clever as he thinks he is.

(It still worked, though!)

This kid has done his homework.

I started doing that when I was 4. And I did it on my own when I turned 6.

But I was weird in that my preferred recipe was for spicy cheese sticks.

I might have to try this with my wife

We have a few cold days in the forecast, the chances of baking go up here when the temperature outside goes down

I make a big batch of dough and bake a few at a time to eat so they are warm and gooey, yum!

Don’t forget to add Rice Krispies!

a local shop had burnt about a half dozen of their chocolate chip cookies so they gave them to us with our order. They were crispy and caramelized and wonderful, not burnt tasting at all. Of course we do buy their fresh bakes, too.

Unequivocally, the best cookies in the world are any cookies my mom baked… ☺

Okay Greg, if his momma didn’t tell him what all goes into chocolate chip cookies and he hasn’t watched her make them, how does Eddie know about vanilla extract. Of course when I was a munchking like Eddie, I did because Mom would have us boys “helping” her make them, rolling the dough into balls and putting it on the baking sheets.

Dag nabbit it Greg, now I’m hungry for some homemade chocolate chip cookies.

Well played young man. And while you’re there, you can get some Oreos for the slow days.

My favorite is peanut butter cookies. Unfortunately with everyone having food allergies they have become more scarce.

Chocolate Chip is the only good cookie. Everything else is just something you eat because there are no more chocolate chip.
