I have a family member who was born on Christmas Day, she insisits that her birthday presents are not wrapped in Christmas wraps.

The kid at the bottom of the hill has high hopes.

My oldest brother was born on Christmas Eve

No separate parties, but the whole family always showed up for his birthday

My sister-in-law’s birthday is 12/31 and there is always a celebration of some sort, might not be a big one, but there is one.

Mom is Dec 17, her sister is Dec 25, and then one of her brothers is Jan 1. I am the loner in Sept, everybody else in the family is August. 11 Birthdays in that month.

My wife’s birthday is the 12th of Jan. She said she rarely got anything as a kid because it was too close to xmas. She was raised by her grandparents and from what she’s said her grandmother was a controlling tightwad.

I never had a b’day party as a child. Neither did my wife. Both of us have b’days the week after Xmas.

We’ve always celebrated my sister’s December 27 birthday as both separate from and integral to Christmas.

I have family with December birthdays. For my daughter I tried to have 1/2 year birthdays in July, but it appreciated as much as a wet cold sock.

My brother was born on December 30th. He hated to be told, “This present is Christmas and birthday, too.”

2 kids Dec 27, Jan 6. For parties we always celebrated their namedays instead. They would tell their friends it was their birthday those days. They did get birthday stuff on the real days though too.
