A friend got so tired of their boomerang child that she bought a house in a nearby town, moved him into it and charged him only enough rent to cover the mortgage. She also told him if he gets one or two roommates, charges them whatever, and it covers the monthly payment – that was fine. He immediately found 2 roommates and lived rent free – only electrical bill which was split 3 ways. Problem solved.
