Can an indigenous dream-catching talisman help him regain those dreams, but still remove the nightmares?

My memory foam mattress has to be told what to remember. It keeps going back to what it was. (flat)

Maybe the Memory Foam is more like a Sponge – It absorbs your memories (from you) into itself.

Maybe this is a case for using reverse psychology. Ziggy, try using a mattress with forgetful foam and see if that will help remembering your dreams.

The dreams that I remember most are from my afternoon nap. I especially like the ones where I’m at work. I wake up and remember that I’m retired. Such a good feeling.

But you’ll get a better sleep. Don’t forget to flip and rotate it to keep it fresh.

    Can’t say that I dream. I’ve never remembered one, if I did…

Dreaming is how your brain does memory and file management. It’s counterproductive to remember your dreams, because you’re undeleting files your brain is trying to get rid of.
