If the lovebirds are “sitting” there right in the windows (and especially if your window faces their window), is it really spying?

I know dogs have no sense of guilt or shame when it comes to public lovemaking and the same probably applies to birds also.
Animals are not judgmental. It would appear that only humans decide what is naughty or nice.
