Catchy turn of a phrase there Arlo, but I highly doubt it will catch on. That being said, only e few GOATs come to mind. Ali, MJ, and Brady, and each of them had their own flaws.
Maybe the „GGOAT“ – Greatest Goat Of All Times“ or GGoatOAT.
None of that seems catchy to me.
In German we have a close acronym: The „GröFAZ“ a slur for Hitler who was (self or by his followers) proclaimed „größter Führer aller Zeiten“ – but could easily be misheard as „Größter Fatzke“. Fatzke is translated as swellhead or stuck-up twit.
Brady is an unrepentant cheater. Jordan ruined the game be demanding the refs treat him like a diva.
Bill Russell is a much more compelling candidate for all-time great — back-to-back NCAA championships, olympic gold medal (when we sent true amateurs), 11 NBA championships in a 13 year career as a player and player/head coach.
But look at the team Chas had to work with. The outfielder has a crush on the catcher, philosophy’s on 2nd, & the shortstop (the only one who can play) is a beagle.
The goat takes on the sins of others and is blamed for what he didn’t do. They used to take two, slaughter one and let the other escape into the wilderness, the Escape Goat or just the scapegoat.
(I couldn’t do it because I actually WAS GUILTY most of the time.)
Organizations like to blame mishaps on someone else. I used to explain that the last one to leave our department was officially to blame until the next one came along. When I transferred elsewhere, I reminded them to blame me for the next failures.

I agree Charlie Brown is the G.O.A.T. GOAT. As one Peanuts character observed, “He’s the Carlie Brownest,” which I think translates to G.O.A.T..
