Like Arlo I have no clue. Years ago I learned to just leave her things in the basket.

The mystery never goes away!

There is no mystery left in the laundry area after 13 years with my husband. We are roughly the same size so his socks and mine co-mingle as does underwear.

And I always thought they went on her chest. Learn something new every day

If a man finds a bra in his dresser (chest of drawers) does that mean that his dresser is a cross dresser?

It’s not where they go, it’s how do you fold the durn things?

I do the laundry since I retired in 2009, but other than the hanging clothes, everything else stays in the basket that is hers and that’s okay with her.

It would have been a perfect time to flash him and say, “it goes right here”. I mean, after all, she lets him in to watch her take a bath so it’s not like she is a prude.

Washing: 40 minutes; drying: 1 hour; folding and putting away: 3-5 business days

To be fair, he’s light-headed. That’s a sacred relic.

Show him your panties . . . drawer.

I do all of the laundry, except my wife’s bras.

I occasionally find dryer sheets in my underwear. Not sure if that’s a message or a random happening.

My wife has two bra drawers; one is for the everyday garments and the other is for the “fancy” and “special occasions” numbers. Whoa be it to the person (me) who puts them in the wrong drawer…

Shouldn’t they be arranged by body position? Tops in the top drawer, bras in 2nd drawer, panties the the third and pants in the bottom? Hmmm, I guess I forgot about socks, need a second dresser that is upside down. Socks on top, hosery next, the slips and skirts.

If I ever learn to remember which sheets go where, my wife will transcend this level of existence in pure joy.

After decades of married life I still wonder why my wife delicately folds her underwear before putting it in the drawer.

I hang mine on random doorknobs. The mystery never goes away!

I just fold my wifes clothes and place them organized on the bed. She can play magician and make them all fit.
