Hammie what do you think. Mom threw out that nasty sweatshirt for a reason.

Love Hammie’s description- no mistaking which sweatshirt he was referring to.

Next, she’ll find the contents of the garbage can strewn all over the front yard.

No you didn’t, I washed it today. It’s back to it’s original color, white.

That’s a fair question. I’d be annoyed if someone threw out a favourite shirt because they didn’t like it.

“No. You’ll just have to start puking another color.”

That was harsh.

My wife does this to me all the time with old work or painting shirts.

The answer to that would be no.

I suspect that there might be repercussions.. payback runs high in this family :D

Somehow, I doubt she’s going to buy you a replacement for something she hated.

Parents can be non-understanding. Wanda, let Hammie grow and learn. A puke green sweatshirt is a non issue in life.

Sorta depends on the physicl condition of the shirt. At some point, disposal becomes a Mom perogative.

I don’t think my mom ever threw out clothes of mine that she hated but I do know of two shirts that she refused to wash. Had I learned to do my own laundry at a younger age I could have kept them in circulation

This happened to my brother one time but it involved an old rain jacket.

Moms (and wives) both have this nasty habit of getting rid of clothing just as it’s getting “broken in”…

Good way to create a hoarder.

I’m almost certain that Wanda has some article of clothing that is old and decrepit that she would horrified if it was thrown away.

But mom I loved my ugly disgusting sweatshirt.

Reminiscent of the time my beloved tried to replace my pillow, LumpALump.

The new one can be booger green! Much more appealing.

Mine was Blanky, I never forgave her…

Sounds like she should have burned it so Hammy can’t find it again.
