I need to share this. I have rescue cats and dogs. All fixed. One is an elderly Tortie named Magic. A former street cat who was starving, who had been abused, it took me over 2 months to catch her. She has lived with me for almost 9 years. She seldom lets me pet her and will hide for days at a time. Since April of this year she has been social with the other cats laying down next to other cats to sleep. Today less than 2 hours ago, she mewed at me, let me pet her for a very long time, about 5 minutes, she even head butted me. Then she let me carry her into the kitchen for butter and cheese treats. You don’t know how much this means to me. She is sleeping on the filing cabinet near one of the many food dishes. One of her favorite places. She is a small ball of fur. Magic loves me! She just thanked me for all these years. I hope we have many more years together.
Now, Boys, let your People remove the chicken from the bones first. Cooked chicken bones are not good for cats, and removing the bones from the cat is a lot worse than waiting a few seconds to eat. And please, please do not share your secret for removing the lid from the chicken bucket, my feline housemates have said they are NOT interested in knowing at all, honest.
1/2 – Another wonderful strip! Still hoping for a 2nd book, or a reprint of the first portion with the updated comics. Lupin/Elvis/Puck pins would be awesome, too! 2/2 – Less happy comment; it’s getting increasingly difficult to access the comic. Constant popups ads that can’t be evaded except by exiting the window and loading a new tab. (Often seem to be Amazon related.) Also side ads I have to re-minimize with every new strip because they cover the image.

Ain’t fish, but it’ll do! Lupin’s got his eye on Pucky’s chicky leg! Hurry, Man, or you don’t get any!

(Cue a flurry of movement, a sudden bandsaw noise, a small clawed hole in the table, and a room suddenly vacant of cats)

It isn’t fish, but chicken is still pretty good. Certainly better than salad.

Mmmmm! Fried chicken! Sorry boys, no wish n’chips, but chicken is paw lickin’!

Interestingly, the lid is still on the bucket. Puck was very thoughtful to put it back on.

Lupin and Puck look very happy in the last panel, although I can see a cat fight over that drumstick.

Hi, Hubby here; Georgia, you’d better register or copyright that name. It’s too good a name for someone not to use.
