On top of the microwave was Jasper’s favorite spot because it was the south window which gets sunlight most of the day. And don’t worry about radiation. As soon as I would open the microwave door, he would grumble and drop down! He lived to be 18 1/2 years old.

Elizabeth gave this explanation, and Georgia endorsed it: “I’m guessing the “cat head” is the number of other cats who have “checked in” to that sunspot. Beatrix’s review has a high number because it’s public, Tommy’s is approaching 50 because his mom is a cat rescuer, Elvis’ is low because he is hogging the new mat (and Lupin keeps adding location tags to annoy him,) and Puck has a moderate number because cats are tagging their own pizza boxes. The “sun” ought to be upvotes/likes”.
Very useful reviews. People should stop opening the microwave door. And I sympathise with the problem with the wires. If they were Australian snakes you would be

Elvis is only slightly less a Luddite than Paul is. I have sent him off on his own to the hospital for an EEG; considering his sense of direction, I may never see him again. I’m just not feeling all that well with this bout of bronchitis, so he told me to stay home and rest.
I hope you can help Elvis with his avatar, Beatrix! I also saw a cute pix of Puck on Instagram. The Boy got a mini pool table and Puck thinks it a new cat bed! LOL!
Never had a cat on the microwave. Did come home for lunch one day to find a neighbor’s big, black, laid back cat on top of my fridge. “Oh, hey, there. How ya’ doin’?”
Last night I decided to set a wake-up alarm on my tablet and had it on the other side of the bed. This morning Reboot was asleep between me and my tablet when the alarm went off. I wanted something I couldn’t sleep through so I used the trumpet tune that signals a horse race starting soon. When it went off Reboot jumped about two feet in the air, gave me AND the tablet a dirty look, then sped out of my room as fast as his legs could go.

Instead of “Prove you’re not a robot” he needs “Prove you’re a cat”, but actually the posts themselves do that.

Never turn on your microwave when your cat’s on it. And never let the cat sit on it when it’s on. The microwaves could be harmful.

Since it’s the Sunspot site she should use Elvis’s sunflower snapshot. (Try saying that three times fast.)

Elvis, just address your concerns about the wires by doing what my cats do: bite them in half.

Georgia, did you create these three-four days of sunspot reviews just so you could get in the sun-bot joke? snork

Reminds me of Elvis. Not in looks, just the “persnickety” part:

Ok, so my Finlay likes paper bags for naps. Now I’m thinking if I place one in a sunspot, which should warm the bag, the ratings will be over the top.

Elvis typing in all caps. How terribly rude. Shouting at us all the time like that. Guess he should get Beatrix to do his typing for him.
