It’s actually quite complicated for the RU Sirius. Whenever they fly over Arizona or Hawaii, they have to go off DST. But as soon as they pass it, they have to go back on.
The International Space Station (ISS) uses GMT +0 (Greenwich Mean Time), which would be the same time that it is in Iceland . No Daylight Savings Time on the ISS. 7am to 7pm is the normal work day.
The twins keep them on Centaurian time, standard thirty-seven hour day. In a few months you get used to it… or you have a psychotic episode. That explains everything that goes on the U. R. Sirius.
There’s an easy solution here. Your comrades are already late and you’re the first on the scene. Make an executive decision to reschedule the invasion for 10 March 2019. The plan should sync up nicely by then.
Reminds me of the failed terrorist attacks in Israel in 1999. Bomb timers were set on standard time in the West Bank when Israel had already switched to daylight time. Bombers in Israel blew themselves up on the way to their targets.

So what time does the U. R. Sirius go by? East Coast, West Coast?
Zulu?
UTC?
Oh, never mind, time for bed.

Literal mindedness alert.
Why would you need daylight saving time in space, even in orbit around a planet?

I love that they are drinking coffee while the stormtrooper waves his blaster at them.
