Reminiscent of one of Gary Larson’s “The Far Side” ’toons where two scientists were fighting next to their two time machines that had crashed into each other, while dinosaurs looked on … one of my faves. This one is pretty good too. LOL!
This reminds me of the book, “The Man Who Folded Himself.” There’s a recurring scene where he plays poker with himselves as he comes and goes. The author was the writer of the Star Trek episode, “Trouble with Tribbles.”
Temporal paradox with causal loops, Now that is bad. TUNE IN TOMORROW. SAME Mel-TIME, SAME Mel-CHANNEL. For the Dr. Mel Practice and the 100 other time traveling Dr Mel’s. With guest star Lieutenant Pamela Mae Snap and the 4 dancing Pam’s and 1000 Winky’s. What could go wrong!!!!!

“Thrice upon a time” a story by James P. Hogan comes to mind! Good read if you can find it.

Sorry 2017 Dr Mel, you didn’t renew your insurance long enough to cover up to 2020.

Be careful, Dr. Mel, or you could blow a hole in the space-time continuum the size of Belgium…

Kirk: “Manned moon shot? That was back in the late 1960’s.”
Spock: “Apparently Captain, so are we.”
I was so tempted to throw in a Dr. Who reference as well…Luckily, someone beat me to it. It was just too obvious.

Won’t do any good. His insurance expired in 2019 and he switched to a new company.

Back in 1959, Robert Heinlein tied up all the time-travel paradoxes into one massive knot in his story “All You Zombies.” Highly recommended.
Someone in Denmark seems to have uploaded it—dunno if there are any illegalities involved, but…

That idiot is going to create a paradox that will wipe us all out if he keeps up this nonsense.

They must have been using the time machine of the past. It had only a ninety day warranty.

Do they have Time Traveler’s Insurance? (Get it? Like Traveler’s Insurance, but with “Time” in front? The company with the umbrella logo? Never mind.)

Farmers, we’ve seen almost everything, so we know how to cover almost anything®, even mad scientist’s time machines.
