I had a friend who made a crop circle once. UFO experts came to investigate, and declared it was impossible for any human to have made it — it was radioactive and all of the stems of the plants had been bent with electromagnetic waves.

Yup, I always figured Bob wasn’t normal.

If any character in this strip knows about social media, it would have to be Agent X, formerly known as Agent Twitter.

Reminded me of the Jeraptha aliens in the “Expeditionary Force” books, who were largely motivated to help humanity because of all the “juicy action” they could enjoy betting (with other Jeraptha) on human sports and especially “fantasy league” sports.

Oh no – I think the translation of that symbol is the notification of a super highway being built directly through Earth’s path.
