poor fella … when is the funeral?

at work, we got new printers. Toner cartridge is the same exact size and shape as the old printers but doesn’t work with the new printer. Even better, we couldn’t get new cartridges for over 2 months, long after they ran out. Had to steal a printer from another location until we could get new cartridges

George’s last day on the job.

That would be terrific if that were true.

And that’s how Harvey lost his job.

Seems to me that there’s a cost-benefit conflict between two departments: 1) those who want to make money by forcing customers to buy multiple models of ink cartridges, and 2) those who want to save money by having production lines for only one set of cartridges.

Why make it easy if they can make it difficult!!!

You can make dollars or you can make sense… but apparently not both.

Obviously, this man has no future in Marketing. Time to let him go.

There is hope! We finally have a universal phone charger.

Our HP printer has had the same two cartridges in it for over four years now. They haven’t gone dry and they haven’t run out. HP knew how to do it all along I think. They are the larger size that come with the HP IntantInk program.

Love my Epson Eco tank printer, saved a ton on ink and headaches. If the print speed is slow I don’t notice it at home.

Printer ink is one of the most expensive liquid in the world.

Never will happen.

My dad worked with a guy that would just throw away his whole printer whenever it ran out of ink, and would buy a new one. I originally thought that was wasteful and frivolous, but after buying ink cartridges, I suspect his method actually made financial sense.

That’s how he earned the name Jim “One Size” Fitzall.

Buy a newer…and so on. version of the printer you have and new ink cartridges needed

The comic and the comments explain why I taught my seldom-used printer to fly out a window. If I need something printed, I go to the library. That’s generally once a year, and I go to the library almost weekly anyway.

And he was never seen again…

Even though the cheap knock off cartridges are the same number and they say they will work in my HP printer, the printer says that “it is incompatible” and won’t work. I’m thinking of not buying an HP in the furture because of this. Why Pay more for a cartridge than I paid for the printer?

Now is the time for less printers and more cursive readers.
