Awesome! I could smoke brisket to my hearts content. I even have an “inspector” to stand by for quality control. He works for nibbles.

I like his idea, but, the pizza paddles should not be in back. Need a better place to put them.

I think there may be a better place to store the charcoal and lighter fluid than right under the barbique, seems like a real fire hazard to me.
