I kind of figured the smoke would give away their location. As Tracy says, where there’s smoke, there’s fire. It doesn’t look like Einstein and Gruesome are going to have a safe New Year’s Eve, but I wish a safe, happy, and prosperous 2015 to everyone here.

Happy New Year to all. Also, remember all our loved ones and other “friends” we lost this year. The latest, Christine Cavanaugh. Dexter’s Laboratory will never be the same. (She also voiced Babe the pig, and Chuckie of Rugrats.)

Tracy, looking good for New Year’s Eve! I suppose the fire department response team will appreciate some police support in a questionable neighborhood, where sometimes they find themselves targetted by bad guys. Gruesome continues to exhibit no real interest in escape, and only barely in self-preservation. He will go down easily, unless there is outsider intervention (e.g., the Nitrates, or Kadaver and Rikki)…. That’s my prediction for the new year. Happy 2015!

Well that SNAP in Tracy’s mind here comes sharper than the crack of Mrs. Pruneface’s Whip ! ? It’s his INSTICT, that’s got to be ‘admired’,! And not even a ‘pause’ to wonder how they could have got so far “on foot” ? Recalling, what had been Tracy’s ‘considered opinion, only last Saturday ? Perhaps that’s what sets him apart as – Dick Tracy ?.

For this is the 3rd time in the current case, that Tracy has plucked a ‘telling’ CLUE, almost out of thin air ?.No need to wait on harder evidence’ Such astute analysis ! Then Staton’s firm, bottom Lip (panel 2) - seemed to so distinctively reflect that ‘self assurance’ ! ?

That “Lets Go Sam” (panel 2) - comes with the equivalence of a triumphant shout like a - “BINGO” !Mental synchrony or just fortuity ?Yesterday, Ken in O, may have inadvertently, branded him - the “coincidence”- man ?.

But whatever (?) … today’s strip further provided ‘subtle’ displays of “Mind and Body” ? Everything is RELATIVE.Tracy with the Mind, and one suspects the goodly Doctor’s Body (?) there may be a dilation problem ? Compounded by a lack of velocity ? It’s hard to believe, that Einstein (eyes now Opened ‘Wide’) could have waited so long - after Rikki’s departure, to “realize” that there’s actually some “Fire Down Below” ?And you recall that Sunday, when she told him “. . .it’s a thrill to meet you !” It didn’t even seem to ‘jog’ his meter ??

But who really knows ? Given the 2 chosen names and the attendant circumstances, the Mind - and the Body Language ? A it’s seemed to play out . . . We can all speculate . . . But Ken did get it right, there’s a lot of “coincidence” here ! Yes ! Some that never even ‘crossed our minds’ !

I knew it! I just knew those two twits would burn the place down!

Seems all that Sam and Tracy are doing is following incoming reports via their wrist wizards. Maybe theyll arrive at the golf course after the ambulance has arrived and removed the bodies from the rubble. Saves them a lot of time and paperwork I’d imagine

My prediction: The “Rip Haywire Law” goes into effect. If you don’t recover the corpse, the bad guy you just saw “die” isn’t really dead and will come back again. This law may not apply to Abner Kadaver, since there’s no proof that he actually has been alive for some time. Recovering his corpse doesn’t count.

Einstein seems to never be satisfied, but it looks like soon he will be getting three meals a day roof over his head and a bed … and someone else doing the dishes. Happy New Year and God bless you all!

I’m surprised that the MCU is answering those kind of calls. I’d-a-thunk the NFD would respond, if at all. Next, Tracy will be stuck high up in a tree rescuing the neighbor’s cat.

Wishing a happy and healthy New Years to VB, Team Tracy and everyone! As we remember those we’ve lost this year, let us also be grateful for the new friends and/or family members we’ve gained.

It will be interesting to see what, if any, demise takes place. Movie/Tracy buffs will remember, Gruesome was incinerated in the film. Let’s see.
