Well now the concerts over, Boo never once faced the stage and now she gets to leave at the same time as Dumb and Dumber. She should at least buy a t-shirt on the way out so she can say she actually saw The Mystic Pranks. Things could get interesting outside. In this strip? What am I thinking?
In all reality , in P 2 the 7 Up Uncola Man who has fallen on hard times and now works seecurity sides with Boo . Who comes to her rescue outside the club , True, Gil, Kaz, Big John, Bobby, Daddy, Mommie or my choice Grandpa Boo ?
“Move away, or move on.” Isn’t that like, the same thing? Still a chance the Jeep gets wrecked as these two “thugs” could run her off the road on the way home. More likely they trash her car before she comes out and Tru(e) gets the call to come pick her up. And speaking of trash, please don’t trash today’s Mopped Up Thorp.
P3- “You’ve been great, see you next year.” As the aliens beam up the band. For real, topically issue speaking, what teenage girl would go to a gig solo?
If True does show up and a wreck takes his arm, the summer will feature Gil pushing True to use his other arm to throw the ball, which an eager student next fall will try to market True as the “One-armed bandit”
Judging from the decor, the concert is taking place in an abandoned Borders, and must have really lasted into the wee hours as the entire venue is flooded with early morning light. This confirms my jam band theory from yesterday.
P-1. If I saw Boo wearing culottes over yoga pants I would fight those 2 thugs. Ooops sorry can’t say thugs anymore. I would pound those 2 punks for a chance at a little Boo.
In panel three is that the talking guitar from that 70’s song…….. “Mindbender”..You know after I thought of that I had to look it up..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bt1io_Z2WOQ

That Jeep’s gonna get the old “Central City Treatment”. How did the Pranks get Charles Barkley to work security for them?

“Move away, or move on.” If only John Pascoe would have uttered that line during football season.

The Thuggees look as if they are facing Death itself. P3 – is this the rebirth of the Monkees, or a young Mick Jagger?
