And there’s the hand off to Wally. The eye represents the being, appropo’ of course. An all-seeing eye..Wally better hang on, it seems to be leading him down the primrose path to Crazytown. The kid could be Marx, but look at his hands in panel 3. They are adult sized..Weird huh?
Yeah, this is just like a dream, crazy things happen and you have no explanation. I’m assuming that the kid didn’t explain any of this off screen and that Wally has no clear idea of what his “duty” is or why its “his” duty.
I suppose when Wally wakes up—-if this is his dream, and not the kid’s dream—-it is hard to tell whose dream it is, and it could all be somebody else’s dream…Anyway…I suppose when Wally wakes up, he’ll be off to whatever group of mutants that are further on past Unity. Unless Endtown isn’t looking so bad now…
Wally’s in for a wild ride on a long, strange trip to see what condition his condition is in….like one, long psychedelic rock song that’s being illustrated in a comic strip.
I am content to adopt a lotus position and calmly wait for the next chapter. (It’s either that or chew my fingernails to the quick trying to make sense of all the speculation here.)

I’m glad the story continues with Wally. He’s an all-right guy. Plus he has cool hair.

If this is what I think it is, Wally better find the Green quickly. Holly’s about to schism.

So I just realized, from yesterday, a little bit of irony… what does the shoeless Cat Man care about the analogy of stolen shoes? xD
And on to Friday…

I’ve never heard of a “seeing-eye cat” before. Dogs…yes, but cats?
