Assuming for a moment that “Adam Austin” might be the engineer of some fantastical revenge scheme – Though at present there’s no evidence of such a plan – One of the first things he might do, at an appropriate juncture, is eliminate those closest to him – His “Inner Circle” as it were – Anyone who could conceivably offer the authorities direct or indirect insight into his secrets.

Sam is Mr. No Nonsense as he interrogates Newman the producer of The Midnite Mirror. After all, had the three, count them, three threatening letters been taken seriously sooner by Newman or by Adam Austin or by whomever else may have read them, literary agent Vic Smith might still be alive today.I still believe this murder to be an inside job, although the (true) motive is not yet obvious. No one is above suspicion, however, and we have probably already seen the murderer, whether during the weeks of filming The Midnite Mirror or during the several vignettes since the director yelled cut on “Boss Tracy’s” muffed line….

Our group is not exactly beating the Door “Down” with Excitement, although Neil’s tried to keep things “moving” with about 20% of the 25 posts, including one where he’s even paused to muster a “Hmm”!

As one looks at Sam’s eyes (true, he might just be drawn looking down?) yet, you get the ‘sense’ that without a burning cigarette … his heads about to flop on a pillow !

Good news in Tracyville! Once every four years, the greatest poets in the world gather to congratulate each other and this year’s confab features none other than our very own SDM as the Keynote Speaker. Word is that he will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award for a soliloquy to Otto and Sydney, which he will re-create and perform for the SRO audience in tenor, with the Philadelphia Philharmonic Orchestra providing the background. Being on the front row, I will attempt to record it with video and upload it here.

You guessed it! Goode Company Bar-B-Que on I-10. The only instruments thay they allow in there are fiddles, bass guitars, steel guitars, harmonicas, and washboards. Nothin’ but class!

Yes, things are pretty quiet here today. I couldn’t manage much more than a “Hmm” This morning. I’ve been at the hospital the last 9 hours writing to see a doctor. I had a sharp pain near the side of my hip every time I moved. I thought it might be something urgent but the pain has subsided and it’s still not diagnosed. Seems less of an emergency than it did earlier.____________________

Could be anything from joint issues to a pulled muscle to appendicitis to kidney stones.
