Oh, NOW you’re sick of all the craziness, Miss “I Started The Crazy” Holly. Crazy people do not get to make demands.

Kirby is looking better and better every day, and Holly is sinking deeper and deeper into the crazies.

Well, that does explain how dittos were able to support the group’s weight. Most of the constructs we’ve seen were vast in scope and very thin. With so many dittos at its disposal, Wally’s subconscious was able to use multiple layers of dittos to build a reinforced platform. As an engineer, I can appreciate that.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SNgNBsCI4EAStrangely enough this is the second time I used a link to this video in Go Comics today.

Holly actually sounds like she’s getting better. She’s actually paying some attention to her surroundings and is showing something resembling a survival instinct. This is a big improvement over her obsession with Clive.

How nice that our friendly strip (COMIC strip!) artist appreciates engineers!

Unfortunately, this probably means he’ll have to lose ’em, or it would be too easy to come up with stuff to help them.

This puts a whole new spin on the scene in the ring when the dittos created a second Wally that argued with Wally as he was getting ready to commit suicide by Phil. It could be that Wally’s subconscious manipulated dittos to create Wally II. Thus, Wally was arguing with himself.

Could be something good, could be something bad- in terms of the story telling. Used well it could give them a fighting chance against the TSers, used poorly, could become a lame deus ex machina for all kinds of “perils of Pauline” situations. Heres to hoping Aaron uses it for good.

Not to poke holes, but why did they run in the first place?Wally is a Trillionaire in dittoes and has most certainly cornered the market.I appreciate Wally’s ability to visualize thing so completely in his mind. I look at and have worked on vehicles of varying complexities. I have no difficulty imagining entire assemblies of parts to make the machine whole in my mind as well. Although I no longer work in the vehicle manufacturing sector. I still do CAD design freelance for my friends machine shop and a few others for kicks and to keep my mind sharp. One of my current projects

Wally’s last line drops a certain hint of impending megalomania, or at least that’s my impression…

I see Wally’s new ditto capability as being something that may counterbalance the Topsiders’ newfound technology. When Wally entered Endtown with Allie, the TS were hunting mutants by hand with very little beyond their PTs zero guns and mutts. Now they have all sorts of new capabilities, drones, air ships, earthquake missiles ect… On the whole, things are not looking good for mutanity. It may be that Wally’s dittos may become the thing that allows him to counterbalance the Topsiders’ new strengths. This may also add a new level of conflict in Wally and the group. Mr. Wallachinski may not be a coward but he’s not a hero. He’s a decent guy but he likes to be left alone and tends to keep his responsibilities to a minimum. He now holds the key to a power that may be the answer to balancing the Topsider threat. Will he use it for anything except protecting his own little quintet? Does he see great power coming with great responsibility? There’s also the question of that dream with a young Aaron Marx (and possibly a Marxette) and stolen shoes.
