Kenzie shot her air ball with textbook form. No one with zero experience would shoot like that.

Shouldn’t have put that Milford standard issue wristband on at half time, she was doing fine without it in P1.

Pretty good form for someone who only just learned to shoot. Must have been some really high quality videos.

If Menzie is taking a shot in P1, she must be facing away from the basket and putting it back up over her head. Maybe she should try that at the foul line.And does she only wear her school issued wrist band when she’s at the line?

Looks like the ref in P2 got the required wrist band but no whistle. Glad to see the Fist Pump Gang made the trip.

Apparently, even though Menzie put up an airball, she still fired it up there hard enough to crack the glass. That’s impressive.

Shoot one-handed shots in practice and you can quickly develop good form in a beginner. I’ve got a BUNCH of beginners right now, U14 girls.

A local man ( and nice guy) named Ted St. Martin had the Guiness record for free throws. While doing a shooting clinic, he knocked down over 5,000 in a row. Took 7 hours. He could, and would, teach anybody. My 73-year old cousin shoots 100 free-throws three or four times a week and is pissed off if he doesn’t hit 90%.

Evidently the basket is attached to one of the gym windows too. The same ‘clouds’ that have been in the windows all week now show up through the back board.

One more and I’ll quit. How much arch did she put on that rainmaker too? That ball looks like it’s coming almost straight down. She must have gone over the rafters with it.

If all the Tilden kids aren’t chanting “aiiiiiir baaaall” tomorrow, I’m going to be highly disappointed in this strip. (Which is to say, it will be a typical day.)

The only reason she got in game 2 was because they needed someone who could beat the crap out of the opposing center.
