I agree Luann, get Les out of there. Pay Mr Gray all the money he earned for saving your familie butts and creating an incredible place out of an ill thought pipe dream.

Blast from the past – Les hits on Tiffany, doesn’t get past the goal line defense.

Luann didn’t change, all she did was break up with her boyfriend and go on a trip—which she would’ve taken with her boyfriend anyway at some point if they hadn’t broken up. She needs way more work on herself.

YUP Mr. Grey must have a LOT of stock in the theater/bar/whatever it is, to have his nephew hired. And we don’t know much of him do we

Les will last until the Evansi are confronted with making him the focus of some storyline with actual dramatic tension. He will then disappear, only to make cameo appearances every year or two until vanishing entirely from the strip. Just like Mini-Elvis, Bernice’s brother, etc etc etc.

So I guess it’s up to YOU Lu, to Help “CHANGE” Les because YOU are so ‘Mature’ Now, Huh?

Well I got some Homework for You AND Your Parents to do this weekend, until Monday’s Strip rolls around.

LOOK up and PONDER P.T. Barnum’s quote: “There’s a SUCKER Born EVERY Minute.” (Make SURE Your Parents Meditate on THAT One)

There’s another rather new saying catching fire, that’s probably not on the ’net yet, but slowly catching fire. Its says: “TRUST and Embrace Everyone and Everything at Your Own RISK.”

Oh, and If Your Parental Units INSIST on keeping Les around, I’d stock on Pepper Spray, AND Keep a Taser at the Ready.

    Just in case…..,

In our last sighting of Les(lie), he seemed surly and pretty much the old Les(lie). But his possible rehabilitation is a better story than if he seems magically reformed from the get-go.

If the establishment is closed for business at that moment, is the “bar” legally a “bar”, or just a seating area where liquids can be dispensed?

how is it that no one here finds luann immature and childish? Leave this boring story line and go to brad’s wedding plans.

You must be new here. Luann’s immaturity has been brought up by posters many times.^^^^^^^^^^and yet at 18 they expect her to have her doctorate in astro physics, have cured cancer, written 17 symphonies, harnessed dark matter, built a TARDIS and piloted a starship. All before lunch. POINT: She is 18 in the strip’s timeline. And overall the strip has been moving on time-wise 100 times faster than in years past.

I’ve never been able to understand why people feel it necessary to repeat the phrase “et cetera,”Reminds me of “Not Necessarily Guilty Per Se” by comedian Don Friesen. If you have Spotify, check it out.

Wonder how Leslie will fare in relationship to Pru & TJ? Maybe both lads can learn a thing or 2 from her. Though TJ has been gaining some points in the last year or so, he is still full of dreams, schemes and egotist pranks. But Looks like Ox, Pru and Mr. Gray will be on hand to keep things in “check” in more ways than one. Makes one wonder how much Frank and Nancy really have in control of their venue/ investment.

Here’s a scenario— Les falls for the older woman— Pru. To him, she provides the stability and training that might have been missing from his early life.*Not a cougar, Pru is not interested. Also, she isn’t into guys. Les has to get over a bias.

    > I’ve never been able to understand why people feel it necessary to repeat the phrase “et cetera,” when once is enough>In “the King and I”, after Anna explains to the King what the English (or Latin!) phrase “et cetera” means, it became one of his catch phrases, and he used it repeatedly, as he does here.-According to the Wkikpedia entry on the phrase, this was in fact a common usage by monarchs, since “et cetera, et cetera, et cetera” implied that they knew a great many things to say on a subject but were so important that they couldn’t be bothered actually to say them.

Yeah, maybe Les will be caught skimming money from the Fuse. Mr. Gray will then move his nephew from the bar business to some of his other endeavors, such as the bookie operation, the money laundering of the drug sales, and digging the shallow graves in the desert to dispose of the snitches.
