So mom is the winner. Neal and Rod should know better. If I were new to this group I might well expect to see a rash of Yo Mama jokes popping up here.
Since when does anyone in this strip think of the 21st century as anything but the distant future envisioned in The Jetsonâs?
Things arenât looking good for Young Master Bader. Itâs about time Gil got up off of his recliner by the showers to break this up before BKB breaks his hand on Master Baderâs face and can no longer make it all happen for the baseball team, just like basketball.
The Fist Pump boys in the background, pretending to ignore the impending action.
In all reality , Kenny will not lay a hand on Barry and will find some pity for his plight and plea to his Mom that her penance for Dad Del be light. Kenny and Barry will become best buddies and Summer will start soon.
Hmmm. Breaking a face. Assault. A good hanging judge might give a first time offender twenty years for that. Letâs see if Judge Judy has the strength of her convictions.
I blame the lawyer for not researched that the judge had a son playing with the Master. He could have used that. You knowâŠState Champion Gil Thorp is coaching your sonâŠconflict of interestâŠplease recuse yourselfâŠ
I also expect that Bader would have not fought Ken. It might hurt his average if he canât see.
If Ken goes home and talks to Mom, she would have to recuse herself from the case. If Ken whoops up on Master Bader and Mom finds out why, she would have to recuse herself. This kid is the most unsympathetic of unsympathetic characters introduced to the strip. Go ahead and pound him into the ground, Ken.
Judge living in jurisdiction? In my state there are judges that live counties away from where they sit on a bench. All are Appointed by the State Attorney General or by the Governor, not elected. Several, for small municipalities, might sit in one town Monday and a different one Tuesday, another Wednesday, etc. As the the matter of âbreak your faceâ as an adult over 18, just this threat alone is enough to have a jail sentence of 6 months in county lock up, if taken to trial, which most cases are notâŠactually doing so would result in a simple assault charge, punishable by not more than 3 years incarceration. Under age High school kids, playground/locker room fights, the threat might get a 2 day school suspension if overheard by an adult.

So Ken Brownâs been playing out of his home district all these years? How many wins in how many sports will Milford have to forfeit?

Ken Browns going to smack those freckles off Barryâs face, as long as he catches him in one of the panels where he has them.

@Mr Reality: I just threw up in my mouth@sweetg1: You just gave R&Wâs plot twist away
Barry looks more and more like Rudy Kazootie Every day. Maybe Dotie Lottie will make an appearance. I think Flub a Dub would trump a peacock any day.
