Sooner than expected, it seems.

Here in Arizona ponds and other bodies of water (especially swimming pools) are looked at as attractive nuisances. The hot weather produces a wave of child drownings, even in as little as 3 inches of water. A little guy gets through a broken fence and unspeakable tragedy follows.

That’s why Arizonans should never move to places where there are rivers, lakes or beaches of any sort.

I don’t see a pile of clothes on the ground.Guess he decided to do his laundry at the same time.

Why didn’t the water overflow?

Did Arlo take off his clothes before jumping in?
