Real men know better than to listen to anyone talking about “real men”.

Be honest. Nobody says the kind of things Trump bragged about doing, unless they’re a sex offender, or wishes they were.

(I read a comment by someone who said he hears that kind of talk every day on the job. He’s a corrections officer in a lock-up with sex offenders.)

It’s good to have “bragging rights”. It’s wrong to use those rights. I’m not sure why. It just is.

You wouldn’t believe my humility. Truly great!

Why the cat is sitting in the opposite direction on his shoulder?

She is just trying to rig the whole system, I tell ya.

Anything you can do well will be noticed favorably when you actually DO it….

and if you’re not going to get a chance to do it in front of the person you’re trying to impress,

it’s NOT relevant.

It’s a real turn-off to have to listen to a list of things you can supposedly do well,

unless I asked about them…

It’s just talk.

Even worse to be dragged or manipulated into witnessing everything you think you’re good at.

Self deprecation and humility are far more appealing than boastfulness.

Discovering unmentioned talents in another person is quite impressive….

Much better than being disappointed by the performance of someone I think over-rated his/her own talents in advance.

Real men know better than to engage when confronted by a poster put up by a woman that purports to explain “real men”.

During a job interview, for any decent position, it’s considered required to brag about something good about yourself. If you actually said “I don’t do anything good!”, why would they hire you?

It’s not bragging if it’s a statement of fact.

No brag, just fact.

I have a lot to be humble about.

Humbleness is best when not spoken about.

Scripture teaches us that to boast about ones own deeds and accomplishments is frowned upon and that it is far better received if others notice and boast about your good deeds and actions.

“Oh Lord, it’s hard to be humble, when you’re perfect in every way…”

Cat sitting with back to the conversation – why? – smart enough to know not to get involved in that conversation!

Here in the Midwest, modesty and self-deprecation are considered virtues. People politely tolerate braggarts but thereafter try to avoid them.

Real women try to fit men into an idealized mold- but if you adapt to that, you lose your appeal.

They do not have to brag. Some don’t even pack a brag when they do what ever is done.

The three American male tenets: 1) I’m good in bed. 2) I can drive anything. 3) I make the best chili. 4) (optional) I won the belt buckle at a rodeo.

Better obey the rules in this cafe. You’ll live longer.

Hey, Wiley, What’s happened to the Daown Eastehnah dialect? It’s been a-missin’ in those two Ol’ Timahs recently.

The question mark in his pipe is priceless.

We’ve all known braggards of one stripe or another.

But I honestly can’t recall a any man seriously boasting about his sexual prowess and proclivities – in a locker room, bar room, or board room.

Real men don’t need to brag about their accomplishments – sexial or otherwise.

He who speaks does not know. He who knows does not speak.

Different “rules” for women! It’s a sign of their insecurity!

It’s my accomplishment and I’ll brag if I want to.

I just woke up from a nap I took in February 2013. Has anything happened?

There is nothing wrong with blowing your own horn when what you are bracing about is super amazing cool.

Especially when what you did was so amazing that everyone everyone that knows what you have done agrees with you.
