I would venture a guess that these “Chef Meowrice” strips are my least favorite.

Not gonna read it today. I HATE CHEF MEOWRICE!!!!!

Glad to see I’m not alone here. While Gasoline Alley overall remains in the top five best strips currently running, that Chef Meowrice subplot is flat out annoying. Not as annoying as the Lio strip overall, but not a favorite, either. But in the interest of keeping it generally positive, Gasoline Alley is nonetheless a must read. Well written and well executed.

Then you will not like the carols I sing to my chickens, badly off-key…. {Hi ho, hi ho, you’re chickens in the snow… You have two feet that we don’t eat, Hi ho, hi ho…. Hi ho, hi ho, you’re chickens in the snow, you lay good eggs or taste like chicken, hi ho, hi ho….. Hi ho, hi ho, you’re chickens in the snow. You scratch and flap and eat and crap, hi ho, hi ho…} … {I’m a chickie doodle dan-dy, I’m a chickie doodle guy, here for, some eggs for, to fry.. Chickie doodle went to town a-riding in a Chevy, I am a chickie doodle guy…}

Chef Meowrice once in while is not so bad.

So funny I am coughing up blood. No worries I didn’t need that blood anyway.

On the other hand Chef Meowrice makes Joel & Rufus appear as characters out of Chaucer.

I like the ads that have the cats sing meow meow meow meow.
