Hmmmmm, it is often readily apparent whose holidays – typically in minor ways since people dealing with something that is major usually do not behave in petty ways – did not go as they would have liked. Those commenters chide and they gripe and they say petty things about others, rather like Leslie yesterday who was pretty sure (i suspect) that he could wrap Uncle Al around his finger by just repying to logical and concerned questions with a childishly whining display as if he were a victim. For me it was therefore ironic reading the ones who did it yesterday, and now today since some people in the past have accused Luann of being a drama queen when she exclaims, and that is how some of those who gripe, whine and moan are being. So, two days of perceived irony.

One discussion i wished had gone on longer yesterday was the one on how Leslie’s character is very much one of those people who has repeatedly created his own human interaction problems, and then the logical offshoot on how so many of those people do not learn from their own mistakes because they constantly blame others, whining and pointing fingers and being incapable of taking what they themselves dish out – so they do not learn and they do not grow as people or as characters.

Never knew a wildfire could be considered a minor inconvenience.

She’s pregnant, and Quill is the father.

A peaceful, drama-free new year? Yeah – we wish (and I don’t mean the Luann comic).

I say just wait, there are many story lines in Luannverse, which is why we all do this every day, have been for years, and will do as long as Greg d company have it in them. As to what is next my guess is the Fuse, by tangential. I do like the picture Greg put up of the different main characters—alas not all of them, like Delta, or Rosa, Knute and Crystal—where Tiffany was looking lovingly next to Gunther. She clearly likes and feels good with him, he seems to be oblivious, although maybe she likes that too, because he just reacts to her as another person, not as a hot girl. I honestly believe that if I had to counsel a young man on how to get to the “hot” girls heart the way to do is to treat her like normal person first, the worshipping at her hotness is best done later once she decides she likes you and wants to share with you. Anyway pre-Happy-New Years. This has been quite a year in Luannverse and in the real world too. I am a proud Obama Democrat, and I won’t go any further than that, but to say, that for the sake of America, and the world, I hope that Mr. Trump both is humbled, and grows in the job, once he realizes that this is for real. 7 billion people depend on the decisions he makes for the Rome of the 21st century. I for one, while abhorring at lot of things about him, will nevertheless be praying for him, as we go forward in 2017 and beyond. And I am thankful I have Luann, and all these smart-aleck commentators to go along with it at the same time. Happy New Year to all!!’
