Doubleup is dead on it this morning. ALWAYS do what the man in a mask tells you. Things like “Hands up!” come to mind. Especially when he is pointing a gun at you.

A Budding Bromance …?

Notice to those who get their (DT) comics through the Houston Chronicle! Chron just announced they are getting out of the comics business on February 1. Houston is a one-newspaper city and without competition, it’s a bad deal all the way around.

Denny Colt is certainly made uncomfortable by dealing with a crook like that, being hired muscle in all.

Is DoubleUp teasing the Spirit? Or does he really place immediate trust in a fellow shady character? However one parses it, I find the budding relationship between these two over-the-top players a hoot. A hoot!
