What a lame interpretation Tiffany envisioned until the real deal showed up. (Sounds like he’s her type instead.)

Luann proved to Tif she knows a guy, I think Tif will try to prove she can get one too.

It’d be great if it turns out that Jack actually does love chihuahuas.

Once again, Luann’s throwaway love interests are well within Tiffany’s standard for acceptable men, which either tells us that Luann’s standards are too high or Tiffany’s standards are too low.

Hunky only has eyes for Luann while Tiffany definitely has eyes for Hunky. Lets see where developments lead, we hope since Sunday is the next panel.

This would be so perfect if Tiffany “steals” him from Luann. All three would be happy.

If Jack just walked into the classroom full of kids to visit Luann, he would be arrested, and Lu would be fired. There is no way that Principal Jawbone is OK with Jack’s visiting Luann at the school during daycare hours.

Tiff? Stick with “Plan A.” If You go after Ox, He’s only going to Reject You Romantically like Piro and Gunther did.

The ball is in Luann’s court: will she play “keep away” with Tiffany, just to taunt her? (That would also send the wrong signals to Jack). Or will Nil show up and hit on Tiff, suggesting a double date? Or will Tiffany go right in for the steal? It would be even more fun if the Russians hack into the strip and Mr. Putin, himself, puts the make on Tiff.

The guy in the middle panel is like a delicate version of Gunther.

I wonder if Tiff and Jack be an interesting couple probably not

Hopefully this is a setup to pair Tiffany up with Jack to get him off of Luann’s case.

Can’t Luann ever date a guy for the fun of it? Does a guy have to be husband material before she’ll even smile at him? She should give Jack a chance. She thought Quill was perfect until he turned out to be flawed, just like her and everyone else on the planet. It’s called being human.

It’s not always ‘doable’ to pass someone who’s interested in you along to a friend, but we’ll see how this plays out.

I could see Jack not being interested in Tiffany because he knows a phony when he sees one.

I was wondering who Jack was, not good with names and read over a dozen strips, gets confusing. He’s no Quill but for the nonce, I don’t see why she couldn’t go out with him and give him a chance. I mean if she doesn’t like him, why did she have his number?

There may be more to Jack than meets the eye. Maybe he will turn out not to be a stereotypical “dumb jock”. I would love to see this character develop. We need some new players.

Never saw the appeal of the muscle bound hunk. I like my men tall slender and intellectual.

In one way I would like for Jack and Tiff to hook up to save Luann from Jack.In the other, I would like to see Jack reject Tiff as not his type.

We actually know very little about Jack the jock, other than that he is very laconic and saw Luann as a potential date. There may all sorts of interesting complexities to his character. And, as new blood, he might make a good Next Failed Romance for the hopelessly hapless Luann. I don’t think Tiffany will “steal” Jack from Luann, however hunky-dory she finds him to be….

Still not comfortable around Jack…

A guy who isn’t afraid to be around little kids and likes dogs? He hasn’t shown any characteristics to be afraid of really. He may be a lot smarter than any of us give credit for. As for Tiffany, she may be interested. He may blow her off. Luann may have just seen him in a new light.

How is Jack even allowed to be there?

It is not nice that Luann is using Jack the Jock to answer Tiffany. I hope she feels guilty. I like it better when Tiffany was showing sings of growing up, but now she is being shown as her old self. Hope something good will come out of this.

So, what happened to the TV??

Tiffany, we know how you like Alley Oop, well there is the modern equivalent.

Jack and Luann seem to have the same level of intelligence. She is not any smarter than he is.

My only concern is that Jack may want the date to move ‘quickly’. Not Luann’s style … but maybe Tiff’s.

The unfortunate thing concerning this comic strip is that we have all come across these characters in some form in our real lives….And in reality… who gives a damn….

Drawing 101. 3rd panel, side by side: Tiff has lips and a cute nose. Luann has no lips and a piggy nose. Result: Tiff is attractive, Luann is not. Tiff also wears a top that shows her curves, Luann looks like she’s ready to do an oil change. Result: when the two share a panel, eyes will focus on Tiff, and not on Luann, unless you’re into bland.

Jack and Tiffany…….. a good match. Hopefully Luann is mature and centered enough to not see this as competition. Instead she needs to take advantage of this timely circumstance and make it seem like she intended to introduce him to Tiffany.

Am I the only one to notice the “Kids 1st” logo on Luann’s shirt? Is Greg a Trump supporter? It just rings a little political to me.
