I still have the VHS of Disney’s “Little Mermaid” from my sixth birthday… back in 1990. Sadly, I don’t have a VCR.

I still have a VCR player as well as hundreds of VHS tapes.

Well, I still use a CD player. Go figure.

Well I still have both super8 movies and a super8 movie camera. No projector though.

my VHS copies of the Star Wars Trilogy (pre-’Special Edition butchering) are like that – yes, you can borrow and copy BUT here are the instructions to not ruin them.

In my Vega I have an 8-track player and a CB radio.

Even now, some of the “soldiers” are looking for Cartoon-Boy. You can run, but you can’t hide, Punster! Rocco, Fritz, and Mack are on your case!

I don’t remember anybody putting the “.” between each letter of VHS. I still have Sony videotapes and they are titled VHS, not “V.H.S.”.

Anyone else notice the correllation between the lack of VHS tapes and the sudden blocking of copying programs? One cannot even copy an episode of a favourite program to keep for oneself. For myself, I can stay busy and entertained converting all those programs I have on tape to DVDs. At least until DVD blanks disappear.
