On a diff note; we recently discovered the joys of cat entertainment videos (birds, mice, squirrels). They hold my baby’s attention about 30 min. Fun to watch his head & eyes follow the flitting & fluttering. Want to ask, does this last? Really hope so as our neighbor’s dog has lunged at Baby as he sat at the window perch. Nearly got him & tore the screens! He’s fearful of window sitting now. (Neighbor has replaced screens & was put on notice.) Kitty videos really seem to help fill the void. Hope he stays interested!

A side note…I had to euthanize my two cats yesterday—complications from FIV. At ages 15 and 12. It was awfully hard waking up to an empty and quiet house this morning…no cats jumping on the bed. First time in my entire life I’ve not had a little cat heartbeat or two to take care of. I was crying, but came right to BCN, which made me smile as it always does. I just want to thank Georgia for her gift to us…I don’t think she’ll ever know how much light she brings to so many people, in so many different ways and for so many different reasons.

I have two 8 month-old kittens that are twin sisters. They love to wrestle after breakfast. Sometimes they run at each other from opposite sides of the den and chest bump each other.
