Elvis was born to be one of those annoying work management people hired by employers to breeze in and tell all the employees how to do their jobs better but who actually wreck havoc before skipping out with a large check.

I see that the “Shelf of 1000 Naps” has been re purposed to the “Shelf of Critical Supervision.”

As Americans (and maybe those of other nations?) pause this weekend to decorate the graves of loved ones, and honor the service & sacrifices of our military, I wish to extend my heartfelt condolences to all whose pain seems unbearable, who deeply miss their dear ones, and help honor them this Memorial day.

For those whom this weekend heralds the joys of summer, may it be exciting, memorable, and one for the scrapbook’s “best ever” pages!

Please take care on the roads, with fireworks, boats, ziplines, and anything else that has an element of danger. Each and every one of you are expected to be back, commenting, consoling, creating, and caring come Tuesday morning!

Good morning, happy Friday and TGIF, fellow orbsters and orbabies. Well, we are off to the hospital again today, Paul goes to the hearing or dental clinic (not sure which, have to check), and then down to the radiation clinic to get his “radiation mask” made and get more paperwork! We have each read through the paperwork we have been given to date, and are still confused, baffled, and thoroughly kerfuffled! Best wishes and hugs to everyone’s orb.

What the Woman did wrong in the second panel is cover that lovely butter with jelly. And then put the butter before Elvis could hop the train to Buttertown.

The Baby is enjoying it anyway!!!

My Mozart was a supervisor par excellence … which given his overall clutziness and habit of doing the “here let me show you” routine made life interesting to say the least :) Dean likes to supervise too but he’s not at Elvis level.

Evidently my mother is a cat in human disguise! Explains a lot…

I think Elvis is having a good dream. He’s asleep in every panel.

Elvis and I would get along just fine.

I just said a prayer for ladykat and paul. I am American Episcopalian. Bishop curry was my mom’s bishop. I have met him and sung in his presence. This is not a political or religious comic except for the Cat God. But if everyone who is so inclined prays within their faith to our orbiters who request help, I believe our prayers are a powerful force for hope. Susanna, I see an obvious poll here. Up to you.

My tabby Johnny Depp had enough stripes to be a Sargent and supervised everything from getting up in the morning to making sure I took daily walks. One day he climbed on his bed by the window where the Venetian blinds were closed. He tapped on the blinds with one paw, then lay down. I immediately knew what he wanted, though not why. When I opened the blinds, the sun fell on his bed and he went to sleep.

Today I graduated from elementary school. I got all As on my report card, a cupcake, pizza, and more. But when I come home to see that I got a Breaking Cat News card, I smiled.
