Sometimes hallucinations are better than reality.

Heck, in his condition, Duke’s not even sure if he is real most of the time.

Of course there’s artificial Honey.

Ooooo. Plot twist. Reverse hallucination. Un-hallucination? Hallucinated?

Oo… nasty one, Duke. Now that is Pro-level gaslighting.

Except that we know Honey isn’t a hallucination because she was working as a translator in China when he met her in the early 1970s.

This is a good one for the philosophers. Descarte: “I think, therefore I am.” Okay, easy enough, right? But, “I think my boss thinks he’s hallucinating me, therefore…..” It all gets pretty twisty at this point.
