One way or another, there’s going to be a lot of fur flying.

And yet, I would watch Overboard rather than Disney any day of the year!

One of the funniest ever!

Sounds like an ‘animal version’ of a Humphrey Bogart movie….

Scratch is about to learn a painful lesson about messing with those rabbits!

If you knew how this worked in real life, the rabbits would not want to be challenging a cat… a friend’s cats would rack up an impressive number of “rabbit kills” over the summer back in the day; he told me they got 42 one year…

the only time Disney calls is to say : “cease and desist”

This is hilarious………nice if they conked each other into oblivion, though. Yeah, did remind of us Bogart.

Is there a tennis court on the ship somewhere? Why does Scratch just happen to have a tennis racket? Is there also a bowling alley?

Disney dreams? Is that why the strip introduced all of the talking animals over the years? I have to admit, I enjoyed this trip so much more in its early days when it featured the snarky guys in the crow’s nest, and no talking mice, rabbits, cats, etc.

There was only so far you could go with the original concept. I love the way this strip keeps evolving. Even Scratch is beginning to grow on me

Scratch had better be careful. That nice warm room he’d like to sleep in may end up being in the animal hospital in intensive care. Those rabbits are tough.

Dunham arrived too late: Ralph Bakshi would’ve been all over this back in the day…

And for the most part, they still get along better than we do in the comments section.

This is just a cute fantasy. Why not just enjoy it?

Disney’s added a certain level of violence over the years, so you may yet get a call. (don’t take it)

I don’t know, I’ve seen some Disney cartoons that were pretty violent. I seem to remember this one cartoon where Donald Duck chased Chip and Dale with a lawn mower and somehow ended up on some high voltage wires where he got electrocuted.

Chip, you don’t need Disney, we love you and the crew just the way you are.

However, Warner Brothers are interested. They like your style.Good evening, Crew.
