I believe you are right, Margueritem… I can see the demons through the downpour.

I think that is the best drawing of Dick as seen in the panel one.

If it’s a house, it stands at least fifteen degrees off vertical.

Now who’s asking the question in panel #3? Thick? Mordred? Maybe it’s Locher, as he tries to decide what to do next. The answer is obvious: he’ll have Thick and Mordred argue over what it is, then cut to Police Hooters so we can see Horn Hair and Testicle Chin chat over how Thick is all right, even though he’s lost in with a serial killer and the storm is so bad that the carrier pigeons have stopped flying.

Whose turn is it to make the requisite Rocky Horror Picture Show joke? “So you’re detoured by four flats? Well, how ‘bout that?”

It’s the entrance to Hades. Tracy still doesn’t realize that he drowned.

The lost city of Ry’leh is rising from the ocean! Cthulhu has arrived! He’ll destroy the world, but at least Thick will be destroyed first, giving us all a smile before we’re obliterated.

With such brilliant observations, it’s easy to see why Spacy gets paid the big bucks.

Panel one: Thick is now talking to a fire hydrant. Dr. Mordred is long gone.

This reminds me of how The Rocky Horror Picture Show started out, with Brad and Janet having car trouble in a rain storm and winding up at the Frankenstein Place.

Mordred’s already dressed for the occasion, and Tracy’s certainly as square and clueless as Brad.

Lets get out of this storm, not because we’re cold and wet and don’t have our all weather gear, but so we can have a nice discussion.

The farmer won’t let them have a threesome with his daughter so they will have to sleep in the barn with the lions and tigers and bears …

It’s old man Jenkins’ farm house! And aren’t those some meddling kids over there? DIck is about to walk onto his cameo on Scooby Doo! Fortunately for him, Shaggy, Freddie, Velma and the gang can actually solve mysteries, unlike Dick.

You’ve got to hand it to Thick’s cleaners……. they know what they are doing when they Perma-Press his shirt collars and ties! You can’t even tell it has been to the bottom of the lake! Now about that hair, Pumpkin!

Now I understand why Tracy has been standing around in the rain for so long – he couldn’t think of any reason to want to come in out of the rain. Now he’s thought of a reason – so they can discuss who’s going to die! Naturally! I’m watching video of cars being swept away in the floods in Australia yesterday and all I could think was “POWER APPROACH!!!”

It’s the Old Comic’s Home! Dick and Walt Wallet are gonna be roomies! YAY!

Thank goodness – somewhere dry where Tracy can pull off that big one without having to hurry.

It looks like B.O Plenty’s place…or maybe Castle Gormenghast.

In panel one, Tracy is still wearing his necktie. as if he was still in the office.

When dragging a killer by a length of chain thru a raging storm, you would think he would have undone his tie and top shirt button.

Congratulations Dick for keeping up the Police Department’s dress code, even under dire situations.
