Do you have to actually have had skiing lessons to get that first panel?

I don’t drink but I’d take a beer over skiing any day.

Bung has gotten rounder, and taller, in this later iteration… the “rounder” profile might be due to his alcoholism unfortunately…

first time I ever got on skis, yes it was a girl who talked me into it, I had no idea what I was doing, going down a road with sharp curve (it was cross country) I called out to this cute shape at the bottom “How to I slow down?” she started yelling “snow plow, snow plow” and while she looked VERY cute jumping up and down shouting it. She didn ’t explain it and I thought she was telling me there was a truck with a blade behind me.

This might be funny if I was one of those people who think not breaking your leg is a sport.

Amazing – Bung’s feet don’t even dent the snow.

While I’ve not tried it, I would think a Hot-Rum-Toddy would be nice after a day on the ski slopes.

Looking at the last panel I wonder what Bung needed skis for.

The first thing the guy taught us when I signed up for ski lessons was how to fall! It is amazing that some of the wisest things you learn are some of the things you considered weird at the time!

Put on the fake cast, go to the lodge drink beer and chase the Ski Bunnies. Safer than skiing, more fun.

Best ski lesson was from a movie called “Better Off Dead”: ‘Go that way real fast. If something gets in the way, turn.’
