Good morning™, people on the move!

The DNA tests combined with Reggie’s testimony should clinch the Teacher’s Pet case, but Joe won’t be doing those. I guess we now know that the reason for his leave of absence was to apply for a new job. That solves Bonnie’s dilemma of wanting to be with him but not moving back out west.

Also, it looks like something is coming up with B-B Eyes. The last we saw him, I think he was due in court eventually.

I hope BB wont object to a Minit Mystery break in his court case. He’s not really interested in rushing the verdict.

This would be an excellent time to break for a mini mystery. I prefer them between stories.

Ah, the plot thickens…Joe looks destined to become a regular in the near future.

If Joe moves to town then that means (gasp!) romance and (shudder…) domestic issues. Oh, my dear boy, the pain! The horror! Actually, I tease. I know ALL of our regular readers have been clamoring for more emotional depth in Tracyville.

Case closed and a new beginning!!! Wow in a neat package too!!!

Forget the mini mystery. How about solving the mystery of what Tars’ motive was in keiing teachers? This was a good story arc other then it failed to actually give us any character development for the villain.

Someone please answer the below-

1.If the Tacoma police have a sample of the killers DNA and BT was a suspect why not obtain a sample of his DNA? The police have their ways of getting it.

2. Why did the brothers Grimm move?

3. How could he get a job as a school teacher so fast?

4. Why did Reggie Presley suddenly give up his brother?

5. If the answer to 4 is “He didn’t know anything” then what suddenly caused him to suspect Barbaranne was a serial murderer?

6. Why the attacks on teachers?

7. How could he miss Tracy at such close range? Hard to believe he never used a gun before.

8. What led to this life of crime?

I’m sure there’s more unanswered questions but my head is hurting thinking about them.

I’ve asked all these questions in a very respectful way so there’s no reason to remove my post.

So Joe wasn’t there JUST for the case? That explains why he wasn’t too involved in the story

Besides, Tracy has plenty of time while on ANOTHER administrative leave after shooting someone…..

B.B. EYES?!?!?!?!

Sheriff is not a ‘department’, it’s an ‘office’

Alt Script: 1- So somehow, while you were behind the restaurant with the dead guy and I was parked in the alley waiting to see if YOU needed any help, you still found time to write me two tickets for illegal parking?? 2- DT: I don’t make the laws, I just enforce them. 3- SMIRKFACE: I wonder about you sometimes Tracy. I mean, just look at this weird picture frame totem you got going on here. Is that the dead guy from last night? WTH Tracy? DT: Maybe I’m sentimental. Joe is just another character (like Lizz, Lee, and lately Sam) who will join the cast and will rarely be seen again. This is the only story I can remember featuring Bonnie since she moved home. She has appeared here and there but was not a featured character. And, is Johnny Adonis still on vacation—a really long one like Lee took? What is going on with Notta and Blaze?

A lot of fires get started here that never get put out. But sort of good to see BB Eyes again, which reminds me: What really happened to Mumbles?

You commenter folk seem to think that suddenly these story arcs will make sense. This last one has more loose ends than a two year old baby blanket. Art, not storytelling is the forte of our “authors”. Sure, just what we need, another “Minute” Mystery that lasts two weeks. B-B- Eyes. Ain’t he still dead? Oh, right, this is a zombie strip too.

BB Eyes does not seem so formidable to me anymore. He originally had his own gang and operation. In his recent appearances, he was content to play stooge to someone else.

I may have missed it, but usually a Tracy villain has a funny name with a meaning behind it. (IE Flattop, BB Eyes, etc) What is the story behind the name of Barnabas Tar?

“Reggie, Ronnie. At this point, what difference does it make?”

Or, how many brothers in Tracyville did the late and unlamented piece of trash, Bar Tar, really have?

So, maybe implicitly the reason Joe Sampson took a Leave of Absence from the Tacoma PD was so that he could pursue other job possibilities, particularly those that would bring him closer to Bonnie Braids Tracy?
