The world has always been angry, racist, and mean. For a brief time people believed it was wrong to display those feelings in public. Now, two things have changed — 1) It’s considered ok to be racist because politicians now pander to the racists. 2) Social media now allows the angry mean racists to share their views with a larger audience.

Don’t blame the world. It didn’t do anything to us.

More like the vice-versa.

Of course our planet has its mood swings – it is, after all, bipolar.

The world in “Have a nice day” mode .

Turn off social media and the 24 hour news channels and you’ll realize the world is about the same as it always has been.

However you choose to see the world is what it is.

Pig tis time to stop taking the “Debbie Downer Pills”….. Think what it would be like if you lived 125 years ago ! …..Croc Power !

And I’ll bet that Burger King mascot is right out there with him.

It IS a sad time on planet Earth! Take a look at all the unrest, in just about every country…..greed, terror, deaths, corruptions, etc etc etc! PIG is retreating as many are.

There’s still a lot of good (and good people) in this old world!

The world just wants to eat you, Pig. Stay away from the world!

Happy place again, Pig? When was it a happy place in the first place?

Unfortunately that’ll never happen, Pig.

It’s not the world, it’s the people on it, and even then, not all of them. Probably just those on social media.

The people are good, the political ‘leadership’ is terrible.

Geeminy, talk about jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire. You just marker-polluted a major portion of the Atlantic Ocean and probably exterminated numerous essential life forms! Goofy World.

When exactly has the world been a happy place? Golden ages are often the result of selective memories.

“When you’re smiling. When you’re laughing, the whole world smiles with you.” Well, the opposite isn’t working.

It’s true, people are angry. Yet, I can meet people with different opinions and we can talk and get along. Most people aren’t evil, everybody wants a better life for their children, good health care, good schools and a safe environment.

The world has become way too sensitive and that’s where the “racist”, “angry” and “mean” has come from.

Outside of a narrow geographic area and social system, where was it not OK to be racist?

I had a hard enough time trying to make myself a better person and it’s hard trying to raise my boys so they’ll be good men. I can hope that our interactions with the world will help in some small way to make the world a better place.

Don’t blame the planet, blame its human infestation.

I heard that Nike was going to pay SpaceX to put a big shiny Swoosh on the moon, using titanium dioxide powder distributed from orbit using very carefully calculated small gas-grenades to spread it (no atmosphere to randomize the particle paths, so it should make an image w/ nice sharp edges). Of course I heard something very similar about Coca Cola, back when it was sold in bottles of a very recognizable shape. It’s only a matter of time until someone actually does it.

Nothing wrong with the world, just the people that inhabit it.

Alas, Pig. This was not a nightmare. This was a Sunday PBS strip! Stay in bed.

Suddenly, everything in the world is either covered with a line or a curve

The world’s the same, but it’s easier to know what’s happening and what people think about it.

No Pacific Ocean? No New Zealand?
